SP2 upgrade install error

I get error message:
Setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.inf.
Make sure cryptographic service is running.

In the windows.log error is 0x8007f007.

How do I run cryptographic service?
What all do I need to do to install XP-Pro SP2?

Hi

Your Cryptographic Service is most likely running fine, renaming
or deleting the Catroot2 folder is most likely what you need to
do to solve the problem.

I have created a batch file that does this for you (it enables
the Cryptographic Service as well).

Look for fixdb.bat under "Error 0x800710D9 Unable to read from
or write to the database". Download and run it.
