sp2 for windows xp

I need a little help. I have downloaded sp2 at least 5xs now and I keep
getting a message half way thru that my access is denied. It will not allow
me to finish the process. Can someone tell me what the problem is and can I
fix it if anyone knows? Thanks

You receive an "Access is denied" error message when you try to install
Windows XP Service Pack 2

make sure you have permission for folder & files (if available)
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network
