sp2 for xp

I have critiical update of sp2 but it always fails each time I download it.
Anyone with suggestions please help.

I did install that also from that site as recommended and now I can't install
SP1 because that pesky KB928366 always tries to install at the same time and
stops the SP1install. Ironically it then says KB928366 cannot install because
SP1 isn't installed. Vicioius cycle! Help!
