SP3 can't update missing pro.msi file

can anyone help. I can't update the sp3. It says to insert the installation
disk, but I did not get the installation disk when I purchased the computer?

Contact the person/company you purchased the computer from, and tell them
you need the cd.

Go to the Office Update site. Try to update, using the "fullfile" update. It
should work out.
