Hi,

I have a Dell lap top with a pre-installed version of XP. I got SP3 as an
automatic update, but it will not install without the original disk (not
supplied by Dell!).

Also it has affected my use of Excell and I just get a 1076 error message.

Can i uninstall the update if so how, or can I by pass the need for a disk,
or do I have to try and get one out of Dell?

Cheers in advance,

Jon

SP3 is a service pack update for Microsoft Office XP. You need to
find your Microsoft Office XP installation CD.
