SP4 disabled internet

I just installed (and then uninstalled) Sp4 onto Win2K
Pro. It disabled my internet, and now, even though it's
uninstalled, it's still not working. I need help! Can
anyone give me any advice? I don't have my original disks
with me, so I can't reinstall...

Please help!
