sp4 problem

windows 2000 with sp4 installed on Intel Dualcore processor, Intel D102gcc2
motherboard with office 2003 installed. when system improperly shutdown, the
next 2000 loading is hangs, means after windows 2000 professional screen the
display goes out nothing is shown on monitor.
