SP4 Setup Error

Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer.

This is what came up secconds after i started the Windows 2000 Service Pack
4, how may I solve this?

So, did you check to see if the cryptographic service is running?
