spam and scam email

I always receive various spam and scam e-mail now. I dont know what reason.
How can I stop it by download defender software from microsoft. thanks.

You're not alone. Everyone receives spam email.
Who is your mail service provider? The better providers allow you to
enable spam filtering via the web interface. Some do a better job than others.
My Gmail account intercepts about 99% of spam emails.

Microsoft's Windows Defender does not deal with spam.

You can use Message Rules to move mail not addressed to you to a junk folder, as well as other rules. You may be able to log on to your webmail and set rules on the server also. Defender won't help much, but you can get Microsoft Security Essentials for free with a valid copy of Windows. Go to Microsoft Update and you can download it.
