Well Hotmail has a filter like any other e-mail service/client. Is it that it's not doing
the job (I've certainly got lots of them recently trying to enroll me in some silly
educational programs) or are you just not wanting the Junk E-mail folder to actually hold
mail (and automatically delete)?
I'm going to assume the former, in which case, there isn't a lot you can do about it besides
set some custom rules. The spammers change their messages constantly though, so it's pretty
much a losing battle if you try to do it manually.
