Spam Folder not receiving Emails in Windows Live Mail

The OP uses Orange (UK). Orange can be configured to place SPAM
in a junk mail folder.

However, Orange does not provide IMAP access to its mail servers
(unless the situation has changed since I closed my Orange mail
account). Consequently, the OP will not be able to use WLMail to
view the content of the junk mail folder.

Upon the assumption that the OP uses WLMail to download mail from
a POP3 server, he/she should also use the webmail interface from
time to time, to check whether any SPAM messages are sitting in a
separate folder "in the clouds" at Orange.
