Spam mail!

For the past two days I've been over loaded with spam mail in my inboxes.
Most of which usually go to my junk folder, but are now in my inbox. I've
checked all of my settings and nothing has changed. Help!

Junk and Inbox folder of a Hotmail account, your isp account, other account(e.g Gmail.com)?

Is the account using Pop3 or IMAP or Delta Sync ?

It's windows live, msn, and gmail...and they use imap and pop3.
