Spam or what...? Very annoying!

This is what I occasionally get appearing in the tex box when I double-click
a contact to begin a conversation:
Get the greatest MSN nicknames on http://www.IM-Names.com

Doesn't seem that many people get many answers on here...does anyone monitor
this forum?

A) This definitively looks like some sh.t you installed, wheter knowing or
not. Run SpyBot/AdAware, etc.
B) Don't be impatient and rude if you don't get an answer fast. Is mostly an
inter-user newsgroup, nobody has the obligation to answer you.
