Speech Recognition Problem

I canÂ´t open the spech recognition, appears a error messaje abot the user
interface lenguage, please help me!!

Are you receiving this error message for the first time? Is a Microphone
connected or not when you attempt open the applet, is it setup properly?
Have you recently installed any new hardware or software that could possibly
interfere with it?
