Spell Checking

When I click on spell checking prior to sending email. I do not get a
message that it is ok. After about a minute, I click on send message, and
get the message that spell checker has not completed spell checking, do I
want to send anyway? I always check send.

Just how long does it take for the spell checker take to check a very short
message maybe 200 words, with several links within the message?

You could check spelling as you type. Misspelled words will be underlined.
Just click on an underlined word to correct the spelling.
Checking before sending wants to check the included original message.

The spell checking should be almost instantaneous. It is on my very old
underpowered PC.

Check Tools (ALT+T), Options, Spelling. What options are set there?
Do you have at least one language marked as INSTALLED?

The spell checker works real fast on new email.

I have an htm designed email page with six Click Here logos, with an web
links embedded or linked in them, which I changed each week. I therefore
just take the prior weeks email change date, update the email links, and new
message each week and then forward it.

This is where the spell checker indicates it was halted, prior to completion
and do I want to send it anyway. Which I always do.

When you forward, you get Fw: added to the Subject and have to enter the
recipients.

You can compose your email, then File, Save As.
Save as an eml file.
Click on the eml file, change the date, update the email links and message ,
and Send.
Use the eml template to send to the same people each week.
