Spooky Folder Creation!

Hi Guys :-)

I'm running Vista Ultimate.

I have 2 physical Drives on my machine (3.4GHz Dual Core/3GB RAM)

C: Operating System & Programs
D: Data (Photos & Music)

What is happing is this. On my D: Drive I had a folder containing 'Rock'
Tunes which has been deleted weeks ago. The spooky thing is that as soon as
I play any song (*.mp3) from any other folder on my D: drive the 'Rock'
folder (empty) is created on my desktop. Why is this happening and how do I
stop it?

Any help would be appreciated.
