We have recently started using WSUS to update our computers. As we started,
I realized that some of the computers were not updating. Turns out that they
didn’t have Windows 2000 SP4, so they wouldn’t show up to update. I manually
updated to SP4 and the auto updates began. Now, I have some teachers
complaining that once the updates have begun and they have been online for a
while the computer will no longer go to the internet. It just freezes. If
they restart or log off and back on, generally they can get back online for a
bit, but the same thing happens to them again. We are using Dell Optiplex
GX240, 256 mb of ram. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
