Spore online help

Can anyone help? I installed Spore the game on my computer and when I try
to start it it says it can't validate registration code or something to that
effect. Can anyone help?

Is the machine connected to the internet? Spore is activated online. You
might want to try contacting EA support http://support.ea.com/ as they would
be able to issue a new key if that one doesn't work.
