Spybot for Idiots

Hi there
I am trying to learn how to use Spybot
Spybot announces Process scanned, wile AVG 8 free announces cookies
does that mean thy can run at the same time ?
I downloaded Spybot a few weeks ago and scanned my computer in safe mode it
found nothing, well it showed nothing anyways
I did not scan in advanced mode yet
there were warnings, and my wisdom is limited
Today I updated to 1.6
I had to do several trays
I am not sure if its fully functioning or prperly
I have 2 languages here
anyways what does it mean ?
184354 processes blacklisted
283740 Known Ratings available
Allowed registry changes, 7 blocked prepossess
And I did Immunization
some are protected
and some are unprotected
which one is good?
I have read the Instruction and guides do
because I have 2 language here
I thing I'll uninstall and reinstall hoping I get it right
It's just that you get a question when uninstalling, you really want to
uninstall ?
No, and you don't want to pis off people that provide a good program and or
service for free

The program is called:"Spybot Search & Destroy 1.6" !!!!!!!!!!!
("SPYBOT" is a rogue spyware program)
Correct names are SO important on the NET!

And the default way it is installed is correct for non-technical people.

thank you. Mick
I did have the right program but it had become corrupt
thats why I had difficulty updating and uninstalling it, but i managed
I had to restart to complete the uninstall,
after more reading it seems I had not installed it properly nor run it
properly
I will try it again later, after more reading
Oh the update location (Page) I went to, offered about 10 or more
different update locations to update
one of them is Safer Networking limited
Tanks will try again later

Pick for update downloads: Safer Networking #1(Europe)
Then just follow prompts.
When finished updates, click EXIT.
Then cllick: Immunize on left side
Follow prompts to click on immunise up the top.
