spyware infection warning

i came home to a black warning screen on desktop ..spyware infection.i
downloaded microsoft beta and cleaned everything but still i see the same
warning ,,have restarted ...at a loss..any ideas

Please copy and paste the folling between the dashes (------------------------------) in
notepad and safe the file as; FixReg.REG

Double-Click on the file FixReg.REG and allow the contents to be merged into the Registry.
Reboot the computer and you should be able to cahnge the background picture to your choice.
Then install and use the below suggested anti adware/spyware software.

After the software is updated, I suggest scanning the system in Safe Mode.

I also suggest downloading, installing and updating BHODemon for any Browser Helper Objects
that may be on the PC.
