Hi,

Have you tried Hijackthis, also CWShreddar? You might also need to turn off
any system restore, since they might be infected as well, not sure though.
Also one of the MVP`s listed this:

1) Download the following three items...

Trend Sysclean Package
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp Latest Trend signature
files. http://www.trendmicro.com/download/pattern.asp
Adaware SE (personal free version) http://www.lavasoftusa.com/Create
a directory.On drive "C:\"(e.g., "c:\New Folder")or the desktop(e.g.,
"C:\Documents and Settings\lipman\Desktop\New Folder") Download sysclean.com
and place it in that directory.Dowload the signature files (pattern files)
by obtaining the ZIP file. For example; lpt196.zip Extract the contents of
the ZIP file and place the contents in the same directory as sysclean.com.
2) Update Adware with the latest definitions.3) If you are using WinME or
WinXP, disable System Restore
http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDoc...ysRestore.htm4) Reboot your PC
into Safe Mode5) Using both the Trend Sysclean utility and Adaware, perform
a Full Scan of your platform and clean/delete any infectors/parasites
found.6) Restart your PC and perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform
using both the Trend Sysclean utility and Adaware7) If you are using WinME
or WinXP,Re-enable System Restore and re-apply any System Restore
preferences, (e.g. HD space to use suggested 400 ~ 600MB),8) Reboot your
PC.9) If you are using WinME or WinXP, create a new Restore pointI can`t
remember his last name, but his first name was David.Jeff

Advise you to Enable hidden files and folders :
http://forum.aumha.org/viewtopic.php?t=6213

Download and install :

CWShredder http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial47.html

AdAware SE http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial48.html

Spybot http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial43.html

The above links give a tutorial and links to the programs . Boot to Safe
Mode after you've checked for updates for all of the above PLUS your
installed antivirus program. Then run in this order :

1) - The installed AV ( or a stand alone AV Tool, such as

Sysclean ( very thorough; takes a while to run )
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp

clrav ( not for beginners; needs to be run from a command line )
http://www.kaspersky.com/removaltool...146410248#open

Stinger ( covers the latest malware; will at least enable installed
AV's to be run from Safe Mode if they've been disabled by the malware )
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

2) - CWShredder
3) - AdAware SE
4) - Spybot

IF you need further assistance, download Hijack This. Create a folder on
the <root drive>, usually C:\, and name it HijackThis. Move
hijackthis.exe to that folder.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial42.html

STRONGLY advise you against using Hijack This to remove anything unless
you know EXACTLY what you're doing. Post the log to a forum that
specializes in interperting them. Read each forum's guidelines prior to
posting it :
