when I installed SQL 2008 on the SBS2008 Server I had to uninstall SQL
Server 2005
I probably deleted all the databases as well so I could not re-attach them
(yes I know that was not smart)
what is the name of the databases I need to recover (I noticed one so far
that holds the system console reports)
is there a preferable way to recover them? do I need to installed 2005
express again? what is the name of the instance that it used?

The default instance name for SBS 2008 using SQL 2005 is SBSMONITORING. This
is the defualt. The default DB's created for the SBSMONITORING instance is
System Databases and SBSMonitoring.
