SQL Server 2005 Express Installation

Downloaded above file. When installing setup I get error code 1603. For the
past 4 days I've tried to resolve the installation problem to no avail. I've
got to get this resolved soon. Can't afford the $300 fee for professional
support. Would appreciate your advice.
