SQL Server Express SP3 (KB955706)

I have two probles with this update.

1) If I try to install from Vista avalable updates I get the part of the way
throug installation and get the error message "SQL BPA command line has
stopped working"

2) I have susesssfuly manually down loaded and sinsatlled the update, with
out the above problem, yet the update is still listed in avaable updates. How
can I PREMANTLY REMOVE it from that list.

Note If you are upgrading from SQL Server 2005 SP2 Cumulative Update 10 or
from SQL Server 2005 SP2 Cumulative Update 11, you must apply a post-SQL
Server 2005 SP3 cumulative update after you upgrade to SQL Server 2005 SP3
to obtain all the fixes.
