SQL Writer and or Dumper uninstaled

when i restart my comuter i get a message that says SQL Writer on the top and
in the message it says that my SQL Dumper has been tampered with or
uninstaled and needs to be reinstaled. Well i can not find it or do it. I
have Windows XP. Can anyone help me. I hope the answer to this question does
not show up in my e-mail as i am having problems with that also, since i
purchased Outlook 2007 but that is a differents story. or can someone call me
at 480-288-4487 only if you think that you can help me since my e-mail is
giving me problems and ask for wendy

OK, i have similar problems, and since also having email problems too.
exact message is
SQL WRITER
Sql library failed initilization. Your install is iether corrupt or has
been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this
problem.

since then, whenever there is a slightly large email that needs to be sent
(e.g. anything over 1mg for eg.), it just seems to get caught in a loop,
stays in my outbox, but sends constantly and arrives constantly until the
person at the receiving end has it 23 times and rings me to abuse me for
sending it so many times. am usually able to delete this after about 30 mins.

I have a similar problem: When I re-boot the computer, I get a message box
with "SQL Writer" at the top. The message in the box is "SQL Dumper failed."
I am then advised to uninstall this program and reinstall it. However, I
can't find it on my hard drive, or by using Contro Panel, so I can't
uninstall it. When I searched the Microsoft Download website for this
software, thinking I would just reinstall it, I could not locate either SQL
Writer or SQL Dumper. Of the few SQL software downloads available, I could
not determine which one I needed. Any help resolving this problem would be
appreciated.

This is clearly not a Windows Update issue which is why posters
in this thread aren't getting much response. Try using the SQL
