SR2 and QoS Packet Scheduler

Installed SR2 on all computers on my network this
weekend. All worked well except that one computer only
could not detect the network connection. After hours of
troubleshooting I noticed that if I disabled the QoS
Packet Scheduler in the Local Area Connections window,
that all worked properly. (Odd that it only affects one
computer and not all). Is this a known issue, is this a
problem (so what if QoS is disabled???), and is there a
fix? Thanks for any help or advice.
