SSL Secured Sites

I can't seem to access any site that has the SSL on it. Immediately goes to
"page cannot be displayed". When I turn off my Norton Internet Security it
works fine. It just started happening yesterday and I was wondering I there
was an option I am missing somewhere.

Hi there, this is a problem with Nortons not Windows Update.
Have you checked nortons:-

Cannot access or log on to secure Web sites with Norton Internet Security or
Norton Personal Firewal

(the address has wrapped to 3 lines).
