I have downloaded a secure program but keep getting a SSL/TLS Error which
says "you have not chosen to trust DOD Root CA 2." So my question is how do
I tell my pc to trust the root certificate??

Thanks

Thanks for the links, but I have downloaded all the right certificates. I
think it's an explorer issue not a certificate issue. Most of the
instructions state that you'll be prompted to ask to trust when you download,
but vista doesn't do this. Don't know how to enable the "trust" even though
the certificate is in the proper place "trusted" in internet tools.
