It's possible that you accidentally suspended a download.
Right-click may show you the status.
Otherwise try opening a command window
and use the bitsadmin command to find out.
bitsadmin /wrap /list /allusers
Note bitsadmin may only appear when you install the Support Tools.
However, there is an update to it available so perhaps you can get it
that way too.

Once you find out its name you can if you prefer
also use the bitsadmin command to cancel
a suspended download. Etc.
BTW I can only find offline help in the command line
E.g. bitsadmin /wrap /? but online Win-F1 help for
it should be available too. Etc.
