Stand-alone cluster

Is it no longer possible to cluster Windows servers outside of a domain? I
haven't done this since NT 4 and have a current need to cluster platforms on
an isolated network lacking AD. Thanks for any replies.

I don't believe it has ever been possible to cluster Windows servers without
a domain. This is still a requirement today.
