I had a standalone installer for wave 3..

is there one for final version of 2009?

In case that link breaks, the trick to getting the full suite offline installer from the
http://download.live.com site is to click the Download button on the site, then choose Cancel
once the download starts, and finally choose the Try Again in the corner. Then it will start
to send you the full installer.

Alternatively, there are the MSIs you can install manually on my blog:
