Standalone Phone

Does a standalone phone exist for windows live so that one could use the
service without a PC? If yes, which one is the best? If no, which phone
provides the most flexibility with windows live.

Well, you can get a blackberry, or smartphone that has Windows Mobile on it
and download Windows Live Messenger for Mobile.
