I'm having the same issues as Puzzled Dad and I tried the solution that
was offered above. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
I also attempted to use "sfc /scannow" from the CMD.EXE program to
repair any corrupt files but was greeted with the message that it was
unable to repair them and there would be a log (which i dont
understand).
Does anyone else have any ideas as to what could be causing this to
happen? or how i can fix it?
