Has anyone gotten this game to work in Vista with an ATI Radeon Card?

It worked perfectly in Windows XP.

It worked in Beta 2, but without sound.

Now in RC1, I get sound, but the bottom half of the screen is missing. I
found out how to fix it, but the option I need to adjust isn't in the Vista
ATI Catalyst Center.
