Start Bar

At random points, and often when I open Internet Explorer, my whole start
toolbar(the black thing along the bottom of the screen if that's not actually
what it's called)just dissapears and I can't access anything on it. PLEASE
HELP!

You might have Internet Explorer set to Full Screen Mode.

When it does it again in IE7, hit F11
