Start Orb is rectangular

Good People,
Why is my "start orb" no longer an orb but rather a rectangle?

Because you have the Windows Classic theme set on your computer for some
reason.

Try to change it back to Vista in the Themes dialogue:
Right-click the desktop > Personalise > Themes.

Many thanks. I had recently switched the account that I use for this kind of work and sure enough there was "Modified Theme" selected so changed to Windows Visa. Now have to go back and change a few of Vista's default choices to suit my preferences.
