Start-->Run entries leading to WU log files

Hi there:

There were two log files in .txt format which I was able to access via
Start-->Run

1) windowsupdate.log

2) Another log file specifically giving installation details for SP3...(I
think it had svpack or ssomething like that in the entry name).

I accidentally deleted all the Start-->Run entries. And I cant recall how
those two logs were accessed via run.

Would much appreciate if you can tell me how to enter those.

Start the command with %windir% and then add the .log you want to view:

%windir%\windowsupdate.log

%windir%\svcpack.log

BTW, rebooting the system will remove the Run entries, so you probably
did not delete them. <w>

In the cae of my machine however, it appears that reboots do not delete Run
items. Deleting IE7 History does that.
