Start Search Internet

I used to be able to type my search in the Start Search box on the Start
Menu and then click on Search the Internet to get results. This is no
longer happening for some reason. I keep getting an error the IE cannot
display the web page. Can anyone help me with this?

DID YOU CHANGE THE SEARCH ENGINE?
CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE AND SEE IF IT WORKS.

The only engine I changed was from the address bar. Shouldn't affect the
Start Search bar. Anyway, I changed it back to test to no avail.

the only thing I can search from here now is web addresses
