StartUp program blocked - how to force an unblock

I have a utility that I want to run when Vista (Home Premium, SP1) starts
up. The program is in the StartUp location and everytime I turn on the
computer I see an icon in the System Tray informing me of a blocked program.

I then click my way through and tell Vista to let the program run. How can
I force this through so I can avoid all this mouse clicking?

Hi Dave

Try this, first remove what you have done so that this program does no
start at start u

Then Cick on Start Orb
right click computer
click manage, accept the uac promp
click on the left hand pane, task scheduler
click on the right hand pane, create tas
under the General ta
Give your task a name and put a tick in the box run with highes
privilege
under the Triggers ta
click on Ne
Select Begin the task At log o
under the Actions ta
click on Ne
click on Browse and highlight the .exe you want to start, click on Ope
and then o
click on o
thats it don
