Startup program wont load

Hi there, I can't get my "Typeit " form entry program to start when windows
starts. I put a shortcut in the startup folder but it won't load. If i click
the shortcut in the startup folder it loads. Where can i enter it in the
registry to make sure it loads. I checked msconfig but don't see it in the
startup sectinon there. I also checked the icon on the system try to always
"show" to make sure it wasn't just hidden. Thanks in advnace

Is Typeit fully compatible with Vista? What did Typeit's tech support
people say?
