Startup Programmes

I keep getting a popup window with the following message:- Windows has
blocked some Startup Programmes. Windows blocks programmes that require
permission to run when Windows stops. Click to view the blocked programmes.
This message keeps popping up about every 15 minutes or so. Any ideas on
how to get rid of it please?
