Hi group.
I have a vista x64 with 2 different useraccounts, and of course loads of
startup programs.

I want each user to have only those startupprograms that are relevant, but I
don't know where to configure it.
Using the software explorer under windows defender, shows that all programs
are under "current user", but no option to move them to a specific user.

How do I do that?

Thanks in advance
Adrian

Go to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup

If you don't see it, make sure that hidden files are turned on.

Ohh, I think I used wrong words before.
It's not the programs in the startup menu, both those programs that starts
automatically during boot.

Andre gave you the right answer. That is where the boot start up programs for
a user can be stored.

You can make programs available under your Username available to other Users
by granting Permissions to other Users and Sharing the program folders and
files. Sharing is done through the Properties of the particular program
folder you wish to Share (Program Files folder if you wish to Share all
programs). Taking Ownership and Granting Permissions is covered in the
following tutorial.

Thanks, great site that I didn't knew about before now.
I'll take a look at the tutorials, 'cause there's lot for me to learn.
