startup repairv2 error! Did a reinstall back to oem from hard drive and still broke!

I have the startuprepairv2 Error and did the restore system back to oe
from the hard drive and am still gettting the same error! HELP PLEASE

It is entirely possible you have a faulty hard drive. If you can boo
into "safe mode" run a disk check. See Brink's Tutorial here

It says windows didn't install completely and wants me to reboot and it
goes into the same vortex. I did a complete system install again off of
the hard drive and I am getting the same issue. I did do a hard
diagnostics check and it passed. So I am totally lost......

If you have a hard drive problem the system install from the hidde
partition may be corrupt. Did you make an install DVD
