Hi,
Very curious, as I would never have disabled that on any of my machines, and
actually I don't think that dialog box had a 'do not show....' line that you
could accidentally check, yet none of them prompt any longer (just tried it
on all 3 running Vista at home). I don't think you did anything yourself, I
suspect a security update changed a shell file. Can't find anything specific
in any recent update, but I suspect there was a change made.
