StartupV2 fails with NoRootCause

Hi,

Very recently, my HP Dv6000 latop running on Vista Home Basi
started showing signs of wear and tear.. My screen suddenly went blan
and i had to wait for unknown time before i restart the machine and bac
to work. Unknown time varies from a min to hours... and very recently,
when i booted, it went to startup repari process and displayed me th
following message and then the memory dump (Blue screen).

I'm struck and dont know how to proceed. I dont have Home basi
recovery CD but have recovery partition. Can some one help me get out o
this trouble.
