Stationery Button Does Not Work

When I click the Stationery button on the New Message screen, nothing
happens. I checked the installation and it looks OK. Sure enough, there's a
Stationery file located in the Mail folder under Windows Live. But....I don't
have a "My Stationery" folder in My Documents file. How can I get the button
to connect to the Stationery file?
