Thank you for your very quick reaction.
However, my issue in the February batch is with KB938371. It failed with
800700030. The other SP1 prereq. fortunately succeeded installation.
Furthermore, and analogous to the December problem, the cumulative IE7 patch
for February failed, as before with code 80071G14. My call at the time,
notwithstanding your good efforts, was never rekindled.
This time round, I did connect with MS, and am now in the hands of a Mike
Shen. Unfortunately, after an initial flurry of mails, the situation has got
ominously quiet again. I've been cheeky enough to put a delivery and read
confirmation on my mail to him earlier today, and got both back in due
course, so at least somebody at the end of the line is reading my mails. I'll
try to keep you posted
