I can understand why you reduced the number of status messages to 4
(Available, Away, Busy, Offline) but I really miss Be Right Back and On a
Call. In fact, I wish there was another one for "In a meeting". Perhaps you
can bring those back and use the colors that make sense:

Be Right Back - Orange like "Away"
On a Call - Red like "Busy"
In a meeting - Red like "Busy"

Oh yeah, one other thing about these colors. The red and green might be
hard to see for people who are color blind. I'm a software designer and this
is something I have to look out for in the programs I design too. Remember,
most color blind people can't tell the difference between green and red!
