sticky keys windows xp

One of my coworkers has erased my accessability options in my control panel.
Is there a way to reinstall it? I need it to set the options for my sticky
keys.

Create a New Shortcut (rightclick desktop, New) with this command, and call
it 'ease of access center'. Drop it on start.

%SystemRoot%\system32\control.exe /name Microsoft.EaseOfAccessCenter

For XP it's a different command. :

%SystemRoot%/System32/accwiz.exe
