Still Can Not Load SP 2

On July 25 I posted that I could not load SP2 from the Cd. TaurAian gave me
links to be able to do it. Have tried 2 different times today to follow those
directions and still can not get it to load. Still getting acess denined
error. When I get to the point where I check the log to see where the error
is at, I have the following in the log, :HKLM/ Software/micosoft/internet
explorer/main/feature control/Feature_Disable_MK_Protical. I go to regedit
and get to Main but can not find a feature control. My permissions for Main
are right.What do I do now?
